All of our standard serum is "normal" in that it has not been adulterated in any way. Normally it is supplied raw and non sterile. It has low haemoglobin and physiochemical constituents measured to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Foetal Bovine serum can be supplied from Australian, USDA approved Mexican and US origin sources. Low IgG material can be made. Mycoplasma and Endotoxin testing can be arranged upon request. We can also arrange for the sera to be processed by sterile filtration, charcoal stripping, delipidization, heat inactivation. Serum is shipped on dry ice and must be kept at -20°C ± 5°C.
The animal plasma can be supplied raw or sterile filtered. They have low haemoglobin and physiochemical constituents measured to ensure lot-to-lot consistency. Mycoplasma and Endotoxin testing can be arranged upon request. We can supply plasma using EDTA, Heparin or Sodium citrate anticoagulants. Plasma is shipped on dry ice and must be
kept at -20°C ± 5°C.
Our purified animal Immunoglobulin preparations are isolated from pooled normal serum by a proprietary fractionation method. The immunoglobulin preparations are supplied as a lyophilized powder. Purity levels are >97% IgG as analyzed by SDS-Page.
