ProZyme is a U.S. manufacturer of speciality proteins & enzymes for diagnostic and research applications. In January 2003 ProZyme purchased the GlykoTM line of enzymes for glycobiology, reagents and product for carbohydrate analysis from Biomarin pharmaceutical Inc.
ProZyme is now the only licensed manufacturer of FACETM reagents ( including N-GlycanaseTM recombinant PNGase F) used by pharmaceutical companies for the characterisation of glycans for QC release of therapeutic proteins, and is fast becoming "The worlds premier supplier of Glycobiology products".

The Glyko product range includes a very comprehensive list of deglycosylation enzymes, cleanup cartridges, HPLC columns, carbohydrate standards and convenient kits for analysis of glycoproteins.
ProZyme's goal is to manufacture all the major components in-house. This ensures the highest quality product, produced consistently and available from stock. ProZyme welcomes its customers to audit these processes. Minor components which are not manufactured by ProZyme are sourced from reliable companies, tested by ProZyme before being included into the manufacturing of kits.
