About us

Europa Bioproducts is a privately owned, European distributor of speciality products and reagents (Bioproducts) used by Diagnostic companies, Biopharmaceutical companies and Researchers.

The company was formed in April 1992, so has a wealth of experience importing products from the USA and Japan, then exporting them from the UK to all parts of Europe.

Business focus

Our main business is the supply of Bioproducts in bulk (Glycobiology, Streptavidin conjugates and Fluorescent reagents from ProZyme Inc; Albumins, Animal sera, Bulk secondary antibodies; Diagnostic antibodies and conjugates from Fitzgerald Industries International Inc; and liquid stable substrates such as TMB. 

Bulk quantities

Our bulk customers are the main Biopharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Diagnostic companies in Europe only. Enquiries from outside Europe are usually handled by our suppliers from the USA.

Please note that our web site only contains the minimum quantity we will supply. Most of the products are available in bulk. 

Research customers

We supply exactly the same quality products to UK and European researchers through our on line catalogue but in addition supply many thousands of research antibodies supplied by Fitzgerald industries international Inc (who recently acquired the imunological product line of Cortex biochem Inc) and United States Biological Inc.

DEFRA audited

Europa Bioproducts is a DEFRA audited, intermediate facility for the importing, handling and distribution of animal by products (Albumins, Immunoglobulins, Gamma globulins, animal sera)  under the 1774/2002 animal by product regulations.

Distributors

We work with distributors in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Luxembourg, Norway, Sweden and The Netherlands. We are always interested to hear from distributors in other countries but will continue to work directly in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. We have a laboratory which is used for repackaging bulk products into smaller pack sizes for direct sales or for resale by other catalogue companies.
