General Freight Charges

We ship all orders EX works, unless agreed otherwise. If you ask us to ship using our freight account, we will add a freight charge to your invoice. We will insure the products for no extra charge. The cost of your shipment is determined by the size of the order and the product’s temperature requirements during shipping. Usually, we pack products on blue ice, occasionally on dry ice, in insulated containers and ship overnight via FedEx, City Link or Business Post. If you need a special delivery time, this will cost you extra and we will give you a separate quote. Please let us know if you require delivery during specific times. We can ship using your courier account for a small handling fee.

Freight UK

All UK VAT exempt orders (universities) have free delivery and insurance with the exception of dry ice orders, which carry a supplement of £30. VAT applied orders (companies) will have a freight charge added to the invoice, we insure the products for no extra charge. We will charge you the rate based on the volumetric weight or actual weight of the carton, whichever is the largest. We add a dry ice charge where applicable. If you need a special delivery time, this will cost you extra and we will give you a separate quote. If you prefer to give us your courier account details when we will charge a handling fee of £15.00 only.
1-3.5 Kg = £15.00
3.6-10 kg = £20.00
11-20 Kg = £25.00
Orders over 20kg will be quoted on an individual basis.

Freight Europe

We quote all European orders individually. A freight charge will be added to the invoice, we insure the products for no extra charge. We will charge you the rate based on the volumetric weight or actual weight of the carton, whichever is the largest. We add a dry ice charge where applicable. If you need a special delivery time, this will cost you extra and we will give you a separate quote. If you prefer to give us your courier account details when we will charge a handling fee of €21 only. Please tell us if your facility will be closed so we will not ship to arrive on that day.

Prices are subject to change without notice. There is no minimum order charge.

Our Stock Prices

Ex stock items are despatched within 24-36 hours of receiving your order. All other products are imported weekly from the USA and on these products, we aim to offer delivery to you 7-10 working days. Returns will not be accepted without notification. Damaged items must be notified within 7 working days. Our Terms and Conditions apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed.
